JazzCash Charges 2026 Pakistan: Full Fee Schedule + Free Quotas

JazzCash is one of Pakistan's two dominant mobile wallets, operated by Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd under State Bank of Pakistan branchless banking licence. Monthly transaction volumes cross 300 million and every one of those transactions is priced by the Schedule of Charges (SOC) that JazzCash publishes quarterly. This guide is the complete Jul-Sep 2026 JazzCash fee schedule broken down by transaction type, with worked examples on the amounts Pakistanis actually transfer.

Run any specific fee scenario in our EasyPaisa vs JazzCash Fee Calculator as you read. For head-to-head decisions, see the full EasyPaisa vs JazzCash Fees 2026 comparison.

Important upfront: fees change quarterly. Every number here is from JazzCash's official SOC page (jazzcash.com.pk/schedule-of-charges-soc) verified July 2026. If a fee looks different on your app screen, the app value is the source of truth; the SOC page is updated within 24-48 hours of a fee change.

1. JazzCash Cash Withdrawal Fees (SBP-Regulated Slab)

Cash withdrawal from a JazzCash agent follows the State Bank of Pakistan branchless banking 15-tier slab that is identical across EasyPaisa, JazzCash, UPaisa and all other licensed BB providers. As of Jul-Sep 2026:

Amount Tier (PKR)JazzCash Fee (PKR)
1 to 2007
201 to 50012
501 to 1,00020
1,001 to 2,50040
2,501 to 4,00070
4,001 to 6,000100
6,001 to 8,000130
8,001 to 10,000180
10,001 to 13,000230
13,001 to 16,000280
16,001 to 20,000330
20,001 to 25,000380
25,001 to 30,000470
30,001 to 40,000560
40,001 to 50,000690

Effective rate observations:

  • Rs 10,000 withdrawal: Rs 180 fee equals 1.8 percent
  • Rs 25,000 withdrawal: Rs 380 fee equals 1.52 percent
  • Rs 50,000 withdrawal: Rs 690 fee equals 1.38 percent

Larger single withdrawals are proportionally cheaper per Rupee. Consolidation tip: two Rs 25,000 withdrawals cost Rs 760 combined, while one Rs 50,000 withdrawal costs Rs 690, a Rs 70 saving. Across a year of cash management, planning fewer larger trips can save Rs 800 to Rs 1,500.

Cash withdrawal above Rs 50,000 in a single transaction is not permitted per SBP branchless banking rules, split into multiple transactions or use an ATM debit card instead.

2. JazzCash Send Money Fees

Send money on JazzCash splits into three sub-categories with very different pricing.

2a. Wallet to Wallet Transfer: FREE

Sending JazzCash to another JazzCash mobile account is completely free regardless of amount. No monthly cap, no per-transaction fee, no FED, no minimum. Send Rs 100 or Rs 25,000, pay zero. This is the cheapest way to move money to any recipient who has JazzCash installed. Instant credit to the recipient's wallet balance.

2b. JazzCash to CNIC (Recipient Collects from Agent)

For senders whose recipient does not have a mobile account, JazzCash-to-CNIC lets you transfer against the recipient's CNIC, and the recipient collects cash from any JazzCash agent nationwide:

Amount Tier (PKR)JazzCash to CNIC Fee
1 to 1,00055
1,001 to 2,500110
2,501 to 4,000160
4,001 to 6,000215
6,001 to 8,000270
8,001 to 10,000320
10,001 to 13,000375
13,001 to 16,000430
16,001 to 20,000500
20,001 to 25,000650

Rs 25,000 is the single-transaction cap. For larger amounts, split into multiple sends or use IBFT to a bank account (see next section).

2c. Send to Other Mobile Wallet (Cross-Provider)

Sending from JazzCash to an EasyPaisa or UPaisa wallet is treated as a mobile wallet transfer within the SBP branchless banking ecosystem. Fee structure follows the CNIC tiers above in most cases as the funds route through the interbank rails.

3. JazzCash IBFT to Bank Account

IBFT (Inter Bank Fund Transfer) to any Pakistani commercial bank account is the second-most-used JazzCash function after wallet transfers, and the pricing here is the biggest source of user confusion.

Free quota (consumer M-Wallet): Rs 25,000 per calendar month cumulative per the Q3 2026 SOC. If your total IBFT transfers this month sit at or below Rs 25,000 aggregate, the service fee is free (a small 1-Link transaction processing fee of Rs 1.55 per transaction applies).

Above the free quota: 0.1 percent of the transaction amount OR Rs 200 (whichever is lower).

JazzCash Business Account: Higher Rs 50,000 monthly free quota for merchants and business account holders per the Business Account section of the Q3 2026 SOC.

Worked example (consumer). Salary day, you receive Rs 80,000 in your JazzCash M-Wallet and want to move it to your HBL account:

  • Transfer 1: Rs 25,000 (free service fee, uses full monthly quota)
  • Transfer 2: Rs 55,000 (0.1 percent of 55,000 equals Rs 55, or Rs 200 cap, Rs 55 applies)
  • Total fee: Rs 55 for the month (plus small 1-Link processing fee on each transaction)

Alternative split. Rs 200,000 total IBFT after Rs 25k free quota exhausted:

  • 0.1 percent of Rs 175,000 = Rs 175
  • Rs 200 cap does not kick in (Rs 175 is lower)
  • Anything above Rs 200,000 per transaction still capped at Rs 200

The quota resets on the 1st of each calendar month. Structural comparison note: EasyPaisa Mobile Account IBFT service fee is free with no monthly cap per its current SOC (only a small 1-Link processing fee of Rs 1.55 per transaction below Rs 25k applies), so for regular salary-day bank transfers above Rs 25k monthly, EasyPaisa is structurally cheaper. Compare specific amounts in the Fee Calculator.

4. JazzCash Bill Payment Fees

JazzCash charges bill payment based on the number of utility bills paid in a calendar month:

Bill Number This MonthJazzCash Fee
Bill 1 to 3Rs 5 each
Bill 4 to 9Rs 20 each
Bill 10 and aboveRs 30 each

Typical Pakistani household paying 3 monthly bills (electricity, gas, internet or mobile): Rs 15 per month, Rs 180 per year. EasyPaisa offers the first 3 bills per month completely free, then Rs 20 for bills 4-9, so households under 3 bills see EasyPaisa cheaper.

Bills accepted: WAPDA (LESCO, K-Electric, IESCO, MEPCO, GEPCO, HESCO, FESCO, SEPCO, PESCO, QESCO, TESCO), SNGPL and SSGC gas, PTCL, mobile postpaid on all 5 networks (Jazz, Zong, Ufone, Telenor, SCOM), Nayatel, Storm Fiber and StormFiber, most private ISPs, PIA and Careem/inDrive top-ups (as of Jul-Sep 2026).

For your own LESCO bill split by slab and Section 235 filer WHT applied, use our LESCO Bill Calculator.

5. JazzCash ATM Withdrawal Fees

JazzCash Digital Account holders receive a PayPak or MasterCard debit card that works on any 1-Link ATM in Pakistan.

Consumer M-Wallet ATM (Q3 2026 SOC): - Cash out from ATM (1-Link partner network): Rs 35 per transaction inclusive of tax and 1-Link charges - Balance enquiry via 1-Link/M-NET ATM: Rs 4.67 including FED - No monthly free ATM quota for regular consumer M-Wallet users

JazzCash Business Account ATM (separate benefit for merchants only): - Free withdrawal up to Rs 50,000 aggregate per calendar month via 1-Link on Mobilink Microfinance Bank ATMs - Above Rs 50,000: slab-wise pricing as per consumer SOC

Debit card issuance fees: - PayPak Debit Card: Rs 999 issuance + Rs 299 annual fee - MasterCard Physical Card: Rs 999 issuance + Rs 99 annual fee - MasterCard Virtual Card: Rs 300 issuance (no annual fee)

Practical pattern for regular consumers: at Rs 35 per 1-Link ATM withdrawal, the ATM is cheaper than an agent withdrawal above the Rs 4,000 tier (which starts at Rs 70). For very small pulls under Rs 1,000, agent withdrawal at Rs 20 is cheaper than the Rs 35 ATM fee.

6. JazzCash Inactive Account Fee

If your JazzCash account has no transactions (in or out) for 12 consecutive months, JazzCash begins deducting Rs 100 per month inactivity charge from your wallet balance per the Q3 2026 SOC (note 10: "Applicable in case of no activity in account preceding 12 months"). This continues until either the balance hits zero or you make a transaction to reset the counter.

Preventing inactive-account fees: log one transaction every 11 months, even a Rs 10 mobile top-up counts. Once activity is registered, the counter resets and no inactivity fee applies for the next 12 months.

7. JazzCash Free vs Paid: The Cheat Sheet

For quick reference when deciding whether to reach for JazzCash or an alternative:

Free on JazzCash consumer M-Wallet: - Wallet to wallet transfer (any amount) - IBFT service fee under Rs 25,000 monthly aggregate (small Rs 1.55 1-Link fee applies) - Cash Out from CNIC (per SBP-mandated fee schedule) - Prepaid mobile load top-up - Donations through M-Wallet - Postpaid bill payment through M-Wallet - M-Wallet registration and account opening

Paid on JazzCash consumer M-Wallet: - Agent cash withdrawal (Rs 7 to Rs 690 per tier) - Send money to CNIC (Rs 55 to Rs 650 per tier) - IBFT above Rs 25,000 monthly aggregate (0.1 percent or Rs 200 whichever lower) - Utility bill payment (Rs 5 for bills 1-3, Rs 20 for 4-9, Rs 30 for 10-plus) - ATM 1-Link cash out (Rs 35 per transaction, no free quota for consumer) - Balance enquiry at 1-Link ATM (Rs 4.67) - Inactive account after 12 months (Rs 100 per month per Note 10) - Debit card issuance and annual fees

8. When to Use JazzCash vs EasyPaisa

Practical decision guide based on 2026 fee differences:

JazzCash is the right pick when: - Recipient has JazzCash installed but not EasyPaisa (free wallet-to-wallet) - Small monthly bank transfers (under Rs 25k aggregate) - You are a Business Account or merchant user (Rs 50k IBFT + Rs 50k ATM free quotas) - Under 3 bill payments per month is not your usage pattern

EasyPaisa Mobile Account is structurally cheaper when: - Regular salary-day IBFT above Rs 25,000 per month (EasyPaisa service fee free with no cap, small 1-Link processing fee applies) - 1 to 3 utility bills per month (first 3 free on EasyPaisa) - Rs 25,000 CNIC send money (Rs 600 EasyPaisa vs Rs 650 JazzCash) - You are a Digital Account holder using EasyPaisa Bank Ltd branch cash windows
