SadaPay Charges 2026: Card Fee, ATM & Free Transfers
SadaPay's own schedule, read line by line: account and all local bank transfers free with no quota, ATM Rs 35, virtual card free, physical card Rs 1,724 to issue and Rs 1,724 again to replace, international ATM Rs 250. Where it beats EasyPaisa and JazzCash, and where it does not.

SadaPay's fee schedule is short, and the headline is what is NOT charged: opening the account, keeping it, SMS alerts and, unusually, every local bank transfer in either direction, free with no monthly quota. Every figure below is read from SadaPay's own published Schedule of Charges on 2 September 2026.
The full schedule
| Item | Charge |
|---|---|
| Account opening, annual fee, mobile banking, SMS | Free |
| Minimum balance requirement | None |
| Local bank transfers, outbound and inbound (IBFT/Raast) | Free |
| ATM cash withdrawal | Rs 35 (incl. tax) |
| MasterCard virtual card | Free (replacement Rs 500) |
| MasterCard physical card | Rs 1,724 issuance, Rs 1,724 replacement |
| PayPak physical card | Rs 1,724 issuance, Rs 1,724 replacement |
| International ATM withdrawal | Rs 250 (incl. tax) |
| Incoming remittances | Free |
| ePRC certificate | Rs 400 |
| Dispute via MasterCard Claim Manager | $2 |
SadaPay's own footnote is worth knowing: it "reserves the right to charge fees up to those specified", and rates are exclusive of taxes except items marked with an asterisk on the schedule, which the ATM and international ATM fees carry.
Where SadaPay actually beats the big wallets
The free-transfers line is the structural difference. On EasyPaisa, IBFT to a bank is free but agent cash-outs run a 15-tier slab up to Rs 690; on JazzCash the free IBFT quota caps at Rs 25,000 a month. SadaPay has no agent network and no transfer quota at all: money in and out of banks is simply free, and cash only exists through the ATM at the flat Rs 35.
So the practical shape is: SadaPay as the free money-moving hub, cash through the card when needed. For heavy agent-cash users the older wallets still make sense; for card-and-transfer users SadaPay is cheaper than both.
The card decision, because Rs 1,724 is real money
The virtual card is free and covers online payment everywhere MasterCard works. The physical card costs Rs 1,724, and losing it costs another Rs 1,724, which is more than double what JazzCash charges for a replacement (Rs 799 MasterCard). If your card use is online-only, take the free virtual one and skip the plastic entirely; order the physical card only if you genuinely need ATMs and in-store terminals.
What this page deliberately does not claim
SadaPay's schedule prints international card transaction fees in a layout we could not pair with certainty, so rather than guess, confirm those in-app before travelling. And account limits are the SBP's EMI wallet tiers, upgraded through biometric verification; check the current figures in the app, as they are set by regulation rather than the schedule.
For the other wallets, the full fee pictures are in the EasyPaisa charges guide and JazzCash charges guide, and NayaPay fees and limits covers SadaPay's closest competitor.
