JazzCash ATM Withdrawal Charges 2026: Rs 35 Flat, No Free Tier

JazzCash charges a flat Rs 35 on any ATM withdrawal, and unlike EasyPaisa there is no free branch-ATM exception for consumers. Above Rs 1,000 the ATM beats an agent every time; at Rs 50,000 it saves Rs 655. Card fees, the Rs 100 inactivity trap, and the 3 percent card top-up charge, all from the bank's own Q3 2026 circular.

JazzCash ATM Withdrawal Charges 2026: Rs 35 Flat, No Free Tier

If you hold a JazzCash debit card, the answer is one number, and unlike EasyPaisa there is no free exception for ordinary consumers.

The short answer

Rs 35 per ATM withdrawal, whatever the amount. The schedule line reads "Cash out from ATM: 35 incl tax", with a footnote that the figure is inclusive of 1-Link charges. Rs 2,000 and Rs 45,000 both cost the same Rs 35.

Every figure on this page is from the Branchless Banking Schedule of Charges circular that Mobilink Microfinance Bank, the bank behind JazzCash, issued on 30 June 2026, effective 1 July to 30 September 2026. We read the document itself, not a summary of it.

JazzCash vs EasyPaisa at the ATM: the one real difference

Both wallets charge the identical Rs 35, because it is a 1-Link network pass-through rather than wallet pricing. The difference is the exception:

  • EasyPaisa: withdrawals are free at easypaisa Bank Ltd branch ATMs.
  • JazzCash consumer M-Wallet: the Q3 2026 schedule lists no free ATM tier at all. Rs 35 applies from the first withdrawal, everywhere.
  • JazzCash Business Account: the schedule does give merchants "Free up-to Rs 50,000" per month through 1-Link ATMs, after which the consumer slab applies. That is a business benefit, not a consumer one.

So if you regularly stand near an easypaisa branch ATM, EasyPaisa is structurally cheaper for cash. If not, the two are identical.

ATM or agent: the crossover is Rs 1,000

JazzCash agent cash-out uses the same SBP 15-tier slab as EasyPaisa, so the crossover is the same. The ATM is flat; the agent climbs:

Amount withdrawnAgent cash-outATMCheaper option
Rs 1 to 200Rs 7Rs 35Agent saves Rs 28
Rs 201 to 500Rs 12Rs 35Agent saves Rs 23
Rs 501 to 1,000Rs 20Rs 35Agent saves Rs 15
Rs 1,001 to 2,500Rs 40Rs 35ATM saves Rs 5
Rs 2,501 to 4,000Rs 70Rs 35ATM saves Rs 35
Rs 4,001 to 6,000Rs 100Rs 35ATM saves Rs 65
Rs 6,001 to 8,000Rs 130Rs 35ATM saves Rs 95
Rs 8,001 to 10,000Rs 180Rs 35ATM saves Rs 145
Rs 10,001 to 13,000Rs 230Rs 35ATM saves Rs 195
Rs 13,001 to 16,000Rs 280Rs 35ATM saves Rs 245
Rs 16,001 to 20,000Rs 330Rs 35ATM saves Rs 295
Rs 20,001 to 25,000Rs 380Rs 35ATM saves Rs 345
Rs 25,001 to 30,000Rs 470Rs 35ATM saves Rs 435
Rs 30,001 to 40,000Rs 560Rs 35ATM saves Rs 525
Rs 40,001 to 50,000Rs 690Rs 35ATM saves Rs 655

Above Rs 1,000, use the ATM. Below Rs 1,000, use an agent. At Rs 50,000 the gap is Rs 655 on a single withdrawal, and someone pulling Rs 40,000 a month at an agent instead of an ATM is paying about Rs 6,300 a year for it. Every searched amount, Rs 1,000 to a lakh, is worked out in charges on every amount.

What the JazzCash debit card itself costs

The schedule prices the cards in more detail than most people ever see, and the annual fees differ more than the issuance fees:

CardIssuanceAnnual feeReplacement
PayPak Debit CardRs 999Rs 299Rs 999
MasterCard PhysicalRs 999Rs 99Rs 799
MasterCard VirtualRs 300Rs 0n/a
Women CardRs 999Rs 99as per card type

Two practical reads. Over three years the PayPak card costs Rs 1,896 against the MasterCard physical's Rs 1,296, so the MasterCard is the cheaper card to HOLD even though issuance is identical. And if you only pay online and never touch an ATM, the virtual MasterCard at Rs 300 with no annual fee is a fifth of the lifetime cost of either physical card.

The small charges around the ATM

ServiceCharge
Balance enquiry via 1-Link/M-NET ATMRs 4.67 incl FED
IBFT title fetch (name confirmation)Rs 1.55
Account inactivity, after 12 months idleRs 100 per month

The inactivity line deserves more attention than it gets: an abandoned JazzCash account with a balance bleeds Rs 100 every month after a year of no activity. Empty it or use it.

Why withdraw cash at all: the free IBFT quota

Before defaulting to cash, remember the schedule gives IBFT from the wallet to any bank account free up to Rs 25,000 aggregate per month, then 0.1 percent or Rs 200, whichever is lower. Moving money to your bank app and spending by card or transfer often beats withdrawing paper at Rs 35 plus the trip.

One more line from the same schedule worth knowing, since it answers a question we used to leave open: pulling funds into the wallet from a debit or credit card costs 3 percent, the same pull-funding structure EasyPaisa prints. Push from your bank's own app instead, which is free. The full push-versus-pull story is in the EasyPaisa 2 percent charge explainer.

When these numbers expire

The circular is explicit: effective 1 July 2026 to 30 September 2026, displayed as the schedule for the third quarter. It expires on 30 September 2026 and the Q4 schedule can differ. Re-check in early October; the bank publishes the document on Mobilink Microfinance Bank's own site, linked in the sources.
